Work will include but not be limited to: The boundary fence located along the perimeter of Fall River Readiness Center will need to be repaired, upgraded, and in some places newly installed in accordance with ATP 3- 39.32 to meet the Army regulations for physical security. The current fence line bordering Dwelly Street has approx. a 395’ section of fence and entry gate that shall be repaired or replaced in accordance with ATP 3-39.32. The entry gate shall be replaced with a black tubular mechanical gate at 7' in height with outward top curve and spear point top. There is approximately 723' of fence along the Cook Pond and abutting 593 Montaup Street that is in need of repair, this section shall match the remaining sections along Montaup Road. The gate on Montaup Street must match the existing fence line. The contractor shall furnish and Install 165’ of steel guard rail with 6’ I Beam post to round end wings along the eastern side of the readiness center along the roof. Posts to be placed in concrete.
