CDSS is looking to develop and implement a comprehensive case and data management solution for the SUN Bucks program. The solution must be capable of achieving the following tasks: • Connect with external systems to access information that will be used to establish eligibility. The connection must support two-way data sharing. • Receive, store, and deduplicate data efficiently and accurately. • Provide a document repository with functionality for internal and external users to upload and store images and documents. • Provide the EBT Vendor with automated, regularly updated lists of qualified recipients and recipient information changes. The connection must support twoway data sharing. • Support the creation of reports for federal reporting, compliance audits, and efficient management of benefit issuance activities.
