Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will work closely with City and YMCA staff to: • Increase public awareness of PDAC as a year-round community resource • Drive attendance and participation among target audiences • Support revenue goals through promotion of daily use, memberships, rentals, and special events • Deliver clear, data-driven marketing outcomes Marketing services may include: • Development of an annual marketing strategy and messaging framework • Advertising/media planning and placement across print, digital, radio, outdoor, and/or social platforms • Creation of visual assets including photography, video, graphics, and collateral • Strategic social media content planning and channel management
