• Establish a plan for solar lighting and photometric plan along the designated loop path of existing trails. • Analyze the path for utility conflicts and light placement. • Provide plan for solar light placement and potential remote solar panel placement for areas with tree or overhead cover. • Analyze the system for lighting output, light pollution, and ensure dark-sky compliance. • Analyze the solar system for the future addition of video cameras and possible emergency call boxes and gunshot detectors. • Design lighting system to be programmed to designated Trinity Trail hours. • Prepare an asset management plan, including inspection and assessment components, to maximize the useful life of this project. • Develop budget estimates for the recommended priority improvements. • Provide possible locations, trail connections, design, and budget for two possible future bridges, one over the Trinity River at the southeast end of the project and one across the Overton Diversion Channel.
