Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. This support contract is intended to address a wide range of possible needs related to operations and maintenance of the following systems: NEATS, NVAPPS, HRDW, and PRDW. It is also meant to be available for additional DHRM system-related requirements that arise during the transition to Advantage 4.x or as part of the Core.NV project overall. This vendor developed the applications and have knowledge of the source code, environment, architecture, and State processes. This project requires technical and functional knowledge, understanding, and ability to perform specific programming on source code that was developed by the vendor. This vendor has a unique knowledge of the applications, environment, architecture, and State processes. They have a proven ability to deliver effective and efficient solutions and have worked within the Executive Branch and Legislative Branch developing related applications. Sufficient resources do not exist within the State to provide the necessary support and training to a new vendor.
