1. The scope of work for this project shall include the painting of the entire outside of the “School Site’s” buildings. 2. Do not paint any galvanized fencing or railing. 3. Will include all patching, caulking, and spackling. 4. Will include inside and outside of all the exterior doors and frames. 5. All spray work will need to be back-rolled. 6. All ramps on portables will have epoxy-type paint with non-skid material. 7. The contractor shall schedule inspections with the District’s project manager whenever one of the following conditions has been met: a. Completion of service prep, scraping, patching, caulking, and spackling per specifications. b. Completion of primer coats per specifications. c. Completion of final paint coats per specifications. 8. Daily cleanup shall be performed (District dumpsters are not to be used). 9. Unless the district agrees in writing, all work shall be held to the specifications. 10. The contractor shall give the District all appropriate material labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
