The County of Culpeper (Owner) requires periodic professional Transportation Engineering services from licensed and qualified engineering firms to provide services related to assessments, analyses, planning, design, and construction administration of and related to capital improvements; and to provide services for the Construction Management (CM)/Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Services which may be required for VDOT projects. The purpose and intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals for Term Contracts for such professional services to be provided on an "as needed" basis pursuant to Task Orders issued during the contract term. A contract may be written for one or both of the service types. Firms are permitted to submit 1). Solely for the CM/Inspection category, or 2). Solely for the Transportation Engineering, or 3). Both.
