1. Coordinate design and conduct meeting(s) with DVRPC, NJDOT, NJDEP, Voorhees Township, Camden County Parks Department, Camden County Public Works, and all related Government agencies and affected businesses, residents, community organizations, and stakeholders. 2. Coordinate design and conduct meeting(s) with all utilities, including Atlantic City Electric/PSEG Electric, South Jersey Gas, NJAW, Verizon, Comcast, CCMUA, Voorhees Sewer Utility Office, Fiber Utility and any other utilities impacted by the project design. 3. Wetlands Investigation 4. Roadway Pavement and Geotechnical Investigations 5. Soil testing for classification for disposal purposes, as applicable. 6. Preliminary Engineering Plans and Specifications 7. Prepare Categorical Exception Documents including coordinating with BEPR CED requirements, preparation of initial CE document and coordinating (including public outreach and documenting) two Public Information Center (PIC) meetings (in-person) (1 PE and 1 FD), Environmental Constraints/Commitment Plans and Environmental Revaluation documents. 8. Preparation of Preliminary and Final ROW Plans, all incidental right-of-way work, including deed search and preparation of individual parcel maps and legal descriptions. 9. Obtain/coordinate all NJDEP permits (as applicable), NJDOT reviews and approvals (as applicable), Camden County Soil Conservation & Sediment Control Certification, and ALL permits required for the project as may be required
