Providing professional Architectural and Engineering services for the project referenced above. The project scope will involve the design, bid and construction for Replace Ice Shields at the South Dakota Public Broadcasting transmitter sites in Lowry and Faith, South Dakota. The project is to provide professional services of design, bidding, and construction administration of the replacement of the building and HVAC equipment ice shields. The ice shields will have the strength to stop falling ice from the radio towers and provide protection for all HVAC equipment and roof within the fall zone. The construction budget for the project is $ 500,000.00, but be advised that this number is subject to change. The project will need to be designed and ready for bid advertisement by the October 13, 2025. Construction is anticipated to occur Summer 2026.
