Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition of the lighting control equipment including existing lighting control devices and existing lighting control cabling. Existing relay panels within the scope of work and existing relays in relay panels shall remain. Existing override zone switches shall be disconnected and remain in place. Demolition of the lighting control panels and associated supporting cables and power accessories. Existing lighting fixtures connected to the lighting control relay panel will remain on/off as currently programmed during renovation; lighting to remain operational in all work areas. Installation of new lighting control devices, lighting control cabling, associated supporting cables and power accessories throughout the buildings. Existing override zone switches shall be re-labelled and provide new relay connections. Contractor to commission and program the lighting analytics system. Each override zone will have an interim program to adjust light level as needed to user/owner recommended level. After work is completed to a level where programming the override zone is ready, the final light level will be programmed with automation (on/off based on sensor and timeclock, and dimming based on daylight sensor if one is included). Power connections for a complete system including conduit, boxes, and conductors to support the new equipment. Repairing and painting/patching of all ceilings and walls, and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles shall be completed to repair the existing spaces back to their original condition. Material storage shall be limited to onsite storage containers, provided by the contractor, and coordinated with the RPM D&C. Entire space shall be clean, including floors, ceilings, and desks. All openings in walls and ceilings shall be properly sealed and safe for occupants. All contractor construction equipment and devices shall not be stored in any space not approved by County Representatives.
