The purpose of this contract is to provide (16) Emerson HL-40 Safety Hinge Lock, items detailed in the Sample Contract Attachment, or State approved equal, for MNDOT D6 Rochester. During the time of the Contract, the State reserves the right to add additional units, equipment, and/or accessories through a duly executed amendment. Pricing for subsequent Model Years or additional models may be mutually agreed upon and established through a fully executed amendment to the Contract. 2. EQUIPMENT SALES LITERATURE Upon request by the State, the Contractor must provide equipment sales literature at no cost to the requestor. Equipment sales literature should include items such as, but not limited to: 2.1 Product information, product functionality, safety instructions, and operation instructions. 2.2 All applicable part, service, operator manuals (either Paper or CD format), and spare keys are to be included at no additional charge.
