1. Minor Sediment/Silt Removal – This includes any accumulated sediment/silt that blocks or interferes with the function of the low flow orifice. This is hand work limited to not more than six (6) wheelbarrows of sediment/silt within ten (10) feet of the low flow orifice. The removed sediment must be placed on-site or removed as directed by the Contract Administrator or Designee. 2. Grass – This means any herbaceous material including but is not limited to turf grass, cattails, Phragmites, etc. 3. Weed Trees and Brush – Any woody material not part of a specific landscape planting. 4. Detention Basin Routine Maintenance - Includes mowing the entire bottom, inner and outer slopes, access area (if existing), removal of minor sediment, removal of all debris and trash (excluding grass clippings from Bermuda and Fescue), mow two (2) feet around existing fence and remove vines and woody growth on fence. 5. Retention Basin Routine Maintenance – Mow to the water’s edge, maintain outfall ditch 50’ from basin in the right of way line, whichever is less, removal of all debris and trash (excluding grass clippings from Bermuda and Fescue), mow two (2) feet around existing fence and remove vines and woody growth on fence. 6. Site Specific Work – Any additional work required for a specific site that is described in the attached worksheet will be included in the bid price.
