Without force and effect on requirements of the contract documents, the descriptive nature of the Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Furnish and install a new Heavy weight Shingle and fully adhered EPDM FR insulated roof assembly with new mechanically isocyanurate insulation system on North & South lower canopies. 2. Furnish and install a new Limited Lifetime Warranty Architectural Shingle roof system with new ice and water shield substrate system. 3. Furnish and install masonry tuck pointing repairs at all masonry above the roof line, and chimney top area. 4. Contractor shall provide all staging, scaffolding and erection necessary to complete specified restoration work. Contractor shall properly barricade staging work areas and shall protect building materials from damage at all times. 5. All requirements and stipulations in West Virginia University’s Standard General, Special and Supplementary conditions shall be applied and enforced as part of this contract. 6.
