FUEL All vehicles purchased by the City of Dubuque must have the ability to use ethanol fuel, with E85 preferred. ENGINE The engine shall be a gas-fueled V-8 unit with a minimum displacement of 6.0 liters. Flex- fuel E-85 compatible engine preferred. DRIVETRAIN The units shall be equipped with a four-speed automatic transmission or CVT, equipped with four-wheel drive, part - time 4WD, automatic locking hubs, and electronic hi-low gear selection. DIFFERENTIAL The differential shall be factory recommended with limited slip/posi-traction axle. STEERING The steering shall be power with tilt wheel and cruise control.
