The bidder shall provide monthly, scheduled service/maintenance work at 50 South Clinton. All services are performed under normal working hours. A work ticket must be left with the County designee and sent to the Director's Office. • DDC Controls On-site Maintenance and Interrogation: Log-on to DDC system Review and trouble-shoot all failed points Review and trouble-shoot all trouble points Review and trouble-shoot terminal unit, perimeter heating and VAV box controls Review and trouble-shoot AHU controls and central heating and cooling plant controls Perform any programming changes or control adjustments that may be required for proper control Provide written report of any repairs required listing appropriate equipment part numbers Technical/Engineering Support: Provide on-call Engineering support to the facility maintenance staff. Provide Operator Coaching for up to eight (8) hours per year during scheduled maintenance visits. Coaching sessions shall address log-book issues and shall help operators become more self-sufficient with the Digital Building Automation System
