The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Bridge Design Plans, Traffic Management Plans and Construction Phase Services. Tree clearing is also anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, Hydraulic Analysis, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research, and Public Involvement Services, if these work-types become necessary. INDOT will provide the Land Acquisition and Geotechnical Investigation Services for these projects, if required.
