The selected firm shall complete an Engineering Assessment/Alternative Analysis (if necessary), Design and Plan Development, Environmental Documentation, Permits Applications, Topographic Survey, Hydraulics Engineering, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including R/W Engineering, Title Research and Staking, if needed), Utility Coordination, Pavement Design, and Construction Phase Services, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE). Additionally, the selected firm will be responsible for providing public outreach to effectively communicate project development to the media and public through consistent messaging and visual aids. Services required include but are not limited to public meetings, key stakeholder meetings, the INDOT public hearing, securing meeting rooms, providing meeting notifications, providing handouts, meeting visualizations, and distributing meeting minutes. All public outreaches shall be coordinated with INDOT. Other services such as Ecological Surveys, Archeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, and Wetland Mitigation, may be included later if these work types become necessary.
