The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. These services will include Engineering Assessment, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering Services, Bridge and Small Structure Replacement Design and Plan Development, Pavement Design, Bridge Hydraulics Analysis, MOT, Environmental Permits, Right-of-Way Plan Development (including Title Research, Engineering and R/W Staking as needed) (if necessary), Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. INDOT will provide small structure replacement hydraulics and Real Estate Acquisition Services (if needed). The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the Scoping Meeting. These contracts will utilize INDOT?s eInvoice application.
