All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Provide Subsurface Utility Engineering services to research, identify, and confirm size and materials of construction; and location and alignment of existing utilities. Task includes all research, permitting, traffic control, notifying “CALL BEFORE YOU DIG,” excavating holes to locate utilities with vacuum extractor method, measuring, identifying, survey to obtain horizontal and vertical elevations and alignment of the utilities being found, preparations of plans or maps indicating the size, type of material, location and alignment of the utility and those in vicinity thereof, and pavement patching of excavations per the Agency requirements. If a sub-consultant is proposed to perform a portion of the work, said sub-consultant must be approved by Clark County.
