Project consists of UH Clean Linen Storage Room Renovation located at 4502 Medical Drive, San Antonio, Texas, 78229. The current Dirty Storage Room is needing to be converted into a Clean Linen Storage Room. The demolition of work shall consist of minimal work as indicated on the attached Construction Documents. New work shall include the following as indicated on the attached Construction Documents; to include but not limited to; new metal studs and new gypsum wallboard. New MEP work shall include the following as indicated on the attached Construction Documents; to include but not limited to; rework existing HVAC work, pre and post Testing and Balance report, and new lighting. All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal.
