The School District of Lee County seeks to establish an elementary school staging campus to house student populations in advance of the opening of future permanent schools. The School District of Lee County is seeking Architectural Services to design and plan for a staging campus comprised of relocatable classrooms (portables) to support between 500 and 600 elementary students (grades K through 5). The proposed staging campus shall conform to all appropriate portions of the Florida Building Code, Florida Fire Prevention Code, and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF). The proposed staging campus shall include all necessary spaces to operate as a fully functional, stand-alone elementary school, including its own areas for parking, student drop-off and pick-up, and bus access.
