Specifications include, but are not limited to: Special Auditing Services shall include but are not limited to the following: A. Assessing, examining, and reporting on: 1. County Administration, inclusive of the Office of the County Manager and Assistant County Managers, County Financial Services Department, and the County Legal/Risk Department compliance and adherence to state laws and related administrative rules specific law enforcement operations, law enforcement and public safety employment, public official and employee conduct, public records, and the expenditure and receipt of public funds and resources during the period. State laws to be included in the compliance assessment, examination, and reporting: 2. Assess DASO's adherence to written policies and procedures, statutes, ordinances, the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA), the Peace Officers' Employer/ Employee Relations Act, and New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy standards. 3. County Administration’s Departments to be included in the assessment, examination, and report: a. Office of the County Manager and Assistant County Manager b. Financial Services Department c. Human Resources d. Legal/Risk Department.
