State laws to be included in the compliance assessment, examination, and reporting: 2. Assess DASO's adherence to written policies and procedures, statutes, ordinances, the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA), the Peace Officers' Employer/ Employee Relations Act, and New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy standards. 3.
