The Winslow Township School District, a Pre-K through Grade 12 School District, is seeking proposals from qualified respondents to provide a Special Education Online Management Software Program which will be used to manage, maintain, and create Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for approximately one thousand two hundred (1,200) students. The program should include, but not limited to, the following features: The ability to develop Special Education students Individual Education Plans in compliance with Federal and New Jersey state guidelines/laws. The ability to develop the necessary documents including meeting invitations, and New Jersey required mandated letters. The software must have the ability to align with required state reporting guidelines. The software must be accessed through an online portal. The software must include the ability to store documents electronically. The software must provide built in safeguards to monitor district compliance. The software should easily be able to add and remove users without any additional costs. Must include Progress reporting. Notification dates of upcoming mandated deadlines. The ability to develop reports based on district data. Must allow for the ability to create and store evaluation planning documents. The software must include the ability to acquire electronic signatures from all participants. The software must be able to integrate with the districts’ student information system, Genesis. Ongoing and online customer support options without any additional costs.
