he City of Golden Valley is seeking proposals from qualified companies to complete a Climate Equity Plan that will address climate change and social equity across the City of Golden Valley. The City of Golden Valley must finish the initial plan and scope laid out in this RFP by December 2025, based on the allocated budget of $55,000. The 2026 budget is not yet approved, but there is an opportunity to extend the contract and work into 2026 with an additional scope, if approved by City Council. Consultants are encouraged to lay out future work that may be completed in 2026 with additional dollars. Consultants who cannot provide the full range of requested services may submit a proposal but must clearly note any services listed in this request which would not be provided.
