1. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of this Contract, including the goods and/or services needed by the City, the statement of the goods and/or services offered by the Contractor, and the City’s acceptance of the Contractor’s statement, are set forth below. 1.1. Purpose The City of Austin (City) seeks a contract with a qualified Contractor(s) to provide Aftermarket and custommade motor vehicle air conditioning parts for City of Austin vehicles on an as-needed basis. The Contract will be utilized by the City’s Fleet Mobility Services Department(s). The City reserves the right to allow other City Departments to utilize the Contract. Any requirements or services that have been omitted from this scope of work that are clearly necessary or in conformance shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified or called for in the scope of work.
