The Successful Contractor(s) shall furnish all services including, but not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, food services, incidentals and related items necessary to provide Event and/or Food Services to the Student Life Campus Coordinators at each of the six (6) NVCC Campuses. It is the goal of VCCS, through this solicitation, to award multiple Event and Food Services contracts to Contractor(s) that are able to meet the requirements of NVCC Student Life. The immediate need is for Contractor(s) that can provide the aforementioned services for NVCC, but the Commonwealth of Virginia also has twenty-two (22) other Community Colleges, a Systems Office, and the Shared Services Center (SSC) which are separated into nine (9) zones. VCCS, through this solicitation, intends to award multiple event and food services contracts to Contractor’s throughout the Commonwealth, thereby ensuring that Community Colleges in each of the nine (9) zones have access to these services if they so desire. Contractor(s) should note the sites in each zone they will agree to serve. The number, types, and suitability of proposals received, along with the zones in which services are offered, will determine the number of awards made.
