The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from individuals or firms (“respondents”) interested in providing technical and support services primarily for the implementation of AHFC’s Alaska Solar for All program (“the program”). The program aims to deploy residential solar photovoltaic (PV) infrastructure across Alaska providing energy saving benefits to low-income and disadvantaged households. This program is funded by the U.S. federal government Inflation Reduction Act’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF). The successful respondent’s primary services may include program development, program management, program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance, and outreach activities. AHFC and the successful respondent will negotiate specific scopes of work for individual tasks or program activities on an as-needed basis. One or more respondents responding to this RFP may be selected to provide services.
