1) Al locations to be serviced are accessible from a hard service road capable of supporting a vehicle with a GVW of 55,000 pounds except for the Dog Island Bathroom at Ellicott Creek Park, which is accessed over a bridge that can only accommodate vehicles up to 18,000 pounds. 2) The clean out points on most of the septic tanks are above grade and marked. Vendors will need to contact the Park Superintendent for assistance in locating any that are not marked. 3) The distance from the road to each septic tank varies by location. The greatest distance is approximately 150 feet. ) Although a regular service schedule may be arranged between the vendor and each park superintendent, the vendor must be able to provide service within 10 days of receiving a regular service request. 5) Item #1 on pricing page - (price per service visit) is per site and not per tank.
