The City of Fresno (the “City”) is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from qualified parties (the “Respondents”) who are interested in purchasing and developing surplus real property owned by the City. The site can be generally described as approximately ±0.18-acres (7,841 square feet) of developed land with a 1,578 square foot structure located in northwest Fresno, at the southeast corner of West Swift Avenue and North Brix Avenue, Fresno, California (“Property”). The Property address is 4170 and 4176 North Brix Avenue (APNs 510-326-32T and 510-326-33T). Other Details The parcels are currently zoned PI (Public and Institutional) by the City of Fresno. The Property will be sold at fair market value. The Property has been determined to be surplus property and is subject to the Surplus Land Act (“SLA”) (Gov. Code §§ 54220-54234), and Fresno Municipal Code Section 4-204 (“FMC Section 4-204”).
