The district is seeking a qualified respondent to provide personalized professional development and coaching for up to 450 teachers for a total of eight (8) full days during the weeks of July 28-August 1, 2025 and August 4-8, 2025. The professional development and coaching to be provided during this time will need to be five (5) on-site full days and three (3) virtual full days. The professional development and coaching should include the following: One-on-one and small group professional development coaching with teachers to review relevant, current course curricula, get feedback on pacing and instructional methods, and how to implement the newly adopted New Jersey Student Learning Standards for English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics and other related areas. Creating and following an effective scope and sequence Aligning standards to instruction Embedding and utilizing relevant and rigorous resources Auditing of curriculum guides for all courses Additionally, the District is also seeking a qualified respondent to provide personalized professional development and coaching for approximately 450 teachers for twenty-four (24), two-hour (2) sessions for each professional development day to be held on November 4, 2025, and February 13, 2026, to include the following: Full-day onsite training workshops o Topics will be chosen by administration based on department and district needs, but will be in the areas of or connected to the areas of English Language Arts and Mathematics.
