All work described herein and in the Related Documents is included as part of this solicitation unless otherwise specified. The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: A. Demolition as noted on the Related Documents; B. Removal and storage of items to be salvaged and re-used N.I.C.; C. Removal and reinstallation of existing and new fixtures N.I.C.; D. Removal of existing carpet, VCT, cove base, and flooring accessories E. Grind, polish, and dye the exposed concrete floor to meet specified finish standards as noted on the Related Documents; F. Installation of approved logo as noted in the Related Documents; G. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, H. Thorough cleaning the project site.
