The Provider shall provide a secure, user friendly, online, cloud-hosted Application capable of tracking, logging, calculating, and reporting mileage for Department staff such as the Child Protective Investigators (CPIs), Adult Protective Investigators (APIs), and Field Support Staff (FSS), when using state issued fleet vehicles. The Department is anticipating two separate modules, a Mileage Reimbursement module and a Fleet Management module. 6.1.1 The Provider shall deliver licensing for the Application. 6.1.1.1 The Provider shall offer a tiered structure of license costs that would be applicable should the Department require additional or a reduced number of licenses in the future. 6.1.2 The Application must integrate with the Department’s enterprise Identity Access Management (IAM) System, Okta.
