The Vendor(s) must be capable of removing the following types of debris: A. Vegetative Debris; B. Construction and Demolition; C. White Goods; D. Soil, Mud, and Sand; E. Vehicles and Vessels; F. Putrescent Debris; G. Infectious or Hazardous Waste; and H. Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Contaminated Debris. A. Sort, remove, and dispose of debris by type; B. Provide the unit count or quantity of items such as hazardous trees/limbs/stumps, vessels, vehicles, hazardous waste, white goods, etc.; C. Provide tree stump weight if the removed stump is less than 24 inches in diameter; D. Provide GPS coordinates of hazardous trees/limbs/stumps, vessels, vehicles, hazardous waste, white goods, etc.; E. Specify the location of specific items using the nearest landmark (building, tree, etc.); F. Photograph debris by type before and after sorting; G. Document debris origin; H. Document debris volume by type; I. Reduce vegetative debris by volume in the form of cutting, grinding, mulching, or burning; J. Provide the GPS location where reduced mulch was placed, if applicable; K. Provide quantity, location, and source of material used to fill root-ball holes; L. Obtain burn permits from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), if applicable...
