The City of Oak Forest is requesting proposals from Demolition Contractors to provide demolition services at 16040 Cicero Ave, a commercial property slated for demolition by court order. The following items are included in the scope of demolition services: GENERAL The intent of these specifications is to provide services for the demolition, removal, and disposal of the property at 16040 S. Cicero Ave., in a manner satisfactory to the Building Department of the City of Oak Forest and in accordance with all applicable state, local, and federal law, rules and regulations. Please note that the demolition is for the structure and its contents located on the properties are with the same area, as shown on the attached exhibit. The building is in poor structural condition. Demolition shall be completed in 75 days.
