4.1 Managed IT Services • 24x7x365 Help Desk Support for all users. • Proactive monitoring and remediation of servers, workstations, and networking equipment. • Patch management and endpoint protection. • Microsoft 365 management and support. • Manage both cloud and local backup and disaster recovery solutions. o Provide daily monitoring o Test restores on a routine basis • Vendor management for third-party applications and services. • Strategic IT planning and annual business reviews • Dedicated technician to our account with designated backup technician. Provide certifications and/or licenses for each individual. Both shall have a minimum of 5 years IT services work experience and 2 years with the company. These technicians shall be the primary technicians assisting the Town whether in-person or via remote access.
