Vendor Shall be responsible for the following: Contractor will be responsible for finding the exact locations of all lines below the slab by utilizing cameras, ground penetrating radar, or other means as appropriate. Contractor should only remove enough of the slab/concrete to perform specified repairs. Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of all concrete associated with the repairs. Contractor will be responsible for removal and reinstallation of all restroom fixtures and equipment which may include commodes, sinks, urinals, showers, and water heaters. Contractor must remove the double wye in the restroom and tie back into the line with separate connections. Contractor must identify and repair any sags in all lines within the designated project area. Contractor must verify all vent lines in the affected area are tied in correctly and perform all needed repairs. Contractor must verify all floor drains and cleanouts in the affected area are tied in correctly, and perform all needed repairs.
