Furnish and install modular unit (trailer) to be utilized by Amtrak for a minimum period of ten years from acceptance. Trailer and all systems as specified herein shall conform to all applicable codes and regulations. 1. Include partitions, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, grab bars, mirrors, soap dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, towel dispensers/hand dryers, and other typically built-in components and appurtenances. 2. Modular unit shall be fully complaint with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Include stairs and ADA compliant aluminum ramps/railings where required at each entrance. 3. Include anchorage and engineered foundation and footing system. 4. Include grounding of trailer and stairs/railings.
