One bleacher, approximately 42’ wide, 36’ deep, with a 4’ starting elevation, 402 seats plus 5 wheelchair accessible spaces with adjacent companion spaces, or similar AND one platform, approximately 84’ wide, 27’ deep, with a 4’ starting elevation and two 3’ deep risers along the front. Structures will be installed on existing synthetic track surface and shall not be mechanically anchored into the track. Structures shall be provided with mud sills and ballasts, or similar, sufficient to resist uplift and horizontal sliding in accordance with the building code. Structures shall include handrails and guardrails. Refer to attached schematics for approximate location of aisles, ramp, and stairs. Bleachers, platform, ramp, and stairs must comply with the currently adopted Virginia Construction Code, Americans with Disabilities Act, and all other applicable laws, standards, and codes. 1. Manufacturers: Bil-Jax, Fulton, Belson, or approved equal. 2. Material: structural metal or aluminum framing system. Aluminum or wood decking system, new or like new boards. Meet requirements of all applicable codes.
