1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, and supplies required to repair, replace existing plumbing systems, and install new plumbing systems as specified in this Agreement and in accordance with individual project task orders. This includes the provision of all replacement parts and component systems required for existing building plumbing systems in accordance with all OEM specifications. The Services shall additionally include, but not be limited to: a. Expediting services. b. Regular service calls. c. Emergency service calls. 2. Repair, replacement and installation services provided by the Contractor shall comply with provisions of the following rules, regulations, codes and standards, except as otherwise specified in this Agreement: a.
