Design and construct a District Headquarters for the Tennessee Highway Patrol in Nashville. District Headquarters design shall be based on a prototypical design B for statewide implementation. The District Headquarters will be approximately 23,000 square feet, including administrative offices, legal office, evidence storage, public spaces, driver reinstatement hearing rooms, and ancillary spaces. Site development will include public parking, secure parking, impound lot and a helipad. Project includes demolition of existing facilities. Project will require facilitation of existing operations and temporary relocation. Designer will need to perform property boundary survey due to existing adjacent State and Federal operations. Designer will need to determine optimal functional layout for Tennessee Highway Patrol program requirements.
