To establish Ground Keeping Services for the Louisiana Federal Property Assistance Agency located at 1635 Foss Street Baton Rouge, LA 70802. The areas to be maintained by awarded vendor includes the front, back and side areas of the property. MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: The service includes: Turf mowing and line trimming around all buildings, HVAC, equipment, and fenced rows. Herbicide will also be applied around all buildings, HVAC equipment, and fenced rows. Driveway will be blown off of all grass clippings and other debris resulting from maintenance activities. Larger debris resulting from maintenance activities will be collected and properly disposed of off-site. SERVICE PERIODS: November through February one time per month; March through May and October two times per month; June through September three times per month
