1. Pressure Wash Roofs of Office and Garden Shed. 2. The Contractor shall remove or protect items which are not scheduled to be primed and painted including, but not limited to, ground surfaces, block foundation, brick work. 3. Spot sand and/or scrape any loose material and paint for preparation of primer per manufacturer surface preparation specifications. 4. Apply primer to all roof’s surfaces of the Office and Garden shed using FarrellCalhoun, 1069 Tuff-Boy Quick Dry Rust-Stop Gray Primer or approved equivalent. 5. Apply one coat of chrome aluminum to all roof surfaces using Farrell-Calhoun, 1000 Tuff-Boy Int/Ext Chrome Finish Aluminum or approved equivalent. 6. If submitted an equivalent product, all specifications must be included with bid documents. Failure to provide specifications will be grounds for declaring the bid as nonresponsive. Approval of equivalent product is the sole responsibility and discretion of the agency. 7. All materials must be new and in good condition. 8. All products shall be installed per manufacturer’s instructions and specifications and be free of defects and blemishes at the time of the final walk through. 9. The contractor shall provide thorough cleanup of the work area at the end of each workday. All paint chips and debris shall be collected and disposed of by the contractor. No vegetation shall be permanently harmed.
