The awarded vendor shall comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations regarding licenses, permits and certifications. The awarded vendor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licensed - supervision, manpower and all incidentals required to service all locations and features specified; in accordance with the following specifications: 3.2. Scope of Work - Services Provided Provide Professional Services needed to provide Plumbing Maintenance, on an as-needed basis to include (but not limited to): 1) Video Services for Sanitary Lines, 4" and larger 2) Service of Clogged Sanitary Lines, 4" and larger 3) Leak Detection Services 4) Backflow Testing on devices ranging from 3/4" to 8" a) 3/4" - 2 b) 1" - 10 c) 1 1/4" - 4 d) 1 1/2" - 10 e) 2" - 25 f) 3" - 2 g) 6" - 5 h) 8" - 2 5) Provide as-needed Scheduled Maintenance Services during Business Hours (7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday) 6) Respond to Emergency Requests outside of Business Hours, within specified timeframe. 7) Comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations, regarding licenses, permits, and certifications.
