A. The County is seeking an Electronic Monitoring Program that will: 1. Be administered by the vendor with no cost incurred by the County. 2. Provide the required services at a fair and reasonable cost to the participant. 3. Provide the most technically advanced and reliable equipment and devices. 4. Require the least maintenance and have a low impact on County employees. 5. Be supported by a strong administrative team with a good attitude and quick response record. 6. Be in compliance with all state statutes, laws, regulations, standards and policies. B. Also, Greenville County desires for vendors to provide additional options for Inmate Supervision Services in lieu of incarceration. Such as: • Pre-trial community supervision programs, • Day reporting program, • Family Court Civil Contempt supervision program, • Alcohol and drug abuse counseling programs, • Readiness programs (interviewing skills, money management, parenting, etc.)
