Non-exclusive use of 2 outdoor arenas and indoor arena space if available Total of 35 stalls Adequate lighting for stalls, IOA’s, office space, team room and parking area Provide at least 2 wash stalls with cold/hot water Student and trailer parking 2 tack rooms Bathrooms sufficient for team daily use Area for shipping container/trailer provided by DSU Private office space for DSU coaches (climate controlled) Sufficient paddocks for 35 horses including some private pastures Horses will be fed two times per day with feed brand and rations set by DSU employees Daily turnout weather permitted Stalls cleaned daily and ample bedding provided Cleaning Stalls cleaned daily, barn center aisle will be cleared, wash buckets emptied, cleaned, and filled with clean water Water troughs in paddocks will be kept filled and clean Hay will be offered to horses while in the stalls 24/7. Hay will be of good quality consisting of alfalfa and timothy grass mix. Round bales will be provided when necessary in pastures Delaware Equestrian Team will have exclusive use of arenas for competition, camps, clinics, and fundraisers. Provide adequate space for team meetings Additional Scope of Work: Provide electricity for stall fans, office space, team room and barn areas Space for washer/dryer for DSU use only Storage space for jumps, dressage arena and other equipment Space for judges stands, small bleachers, scoreboard, and DSU signage Property mowing, landscaping, replacing broken fencing and stall maintenance Horse Care Provide a feed room and hay storage area Daily feeding of supplements and oral medications mixed with feed Facilities staff will contact Head Coach with any emergency horse issues immediately
