a) Assist with the documentation and verification process in order to develop carbon credits under the applicable ACR Landfill Gas Methodology. Such documents include the Greenhouse Gas Plan, and the annual Monitoring Report required for the carbon credit verification process. b) Assist the County with the issuance of the carbon credits on the ACR Registry once verification has been completed. c) Assist the County in reviewing the potential carbon market conditions to determine the optimal time to sell. d) Prepare marketing information and timeline. e) Contact potential buyers and initiate the bidding process for the carbon credit and assist the County in the buyer selection. f) Work on the contracts between the buyer and the County. g) Complete transfer of credits within the ACR Registry. h) Assist with evaluating “green” energy initiatives to include but not limited to renewable natural gas projects, solar development projects, environmental attribute administration and marketing, etc. i) Assist the County with monitoring the financial returns on the existing RNG project. j) Assist with operational planning by providing financial and market analysis related to the RNG project or other such projects. k) If requested assist with any municipal bond issuance in the capacity of a Registered Municipal Advisor.
