A. VIDEO WALL SERVICES 1. Construction and Staging Area: a. Contractor to remove existing cabinets or structures and relocate or dispose of components, if applicable. b. Contractor to provide an onsite trailer or container for storage and staging of equipment during delivery and installation. c. Contractor to provide a trash receptacle or dispose of all trash daily from the workplace areas. d. Contractor will comply with all Federal, State, and local rules and regulations for the above, if applicable. 2. Video Wall Components: a. General: Contractor to provide a video wall array of bezel-less displays with external video wall controller on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) designed mounts b. Contractor to meet with DWR Contract Manager or designee to determine sitespecific video wall array sizing and location. c. Structural design and compliance: Evaluation of the proposed structure will include room layout, mounting method, drawings, and State and local building code compliance. d. Standards and Code Compliance: Installation clearances must meet Federal, State, Local, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and building code requirements. e. Cladding: Cladding will be included to obscure the mounting hardware that is visible on the wall mount. Cladding finishes to match the existing room aesthetic. f. Failover capability: The video wall controller configuration must have redundant, automatic failover capability. 3. Controller Server Software: The video wall controller server software must be the latest version in current production and will be installed on DWR approved server hardware.
