1. The pool is leaking water. a. Pipe and gutter leaks and cracks in pool are to be repaired. 2. Scope of Work is below: a. Leak Detection Report I. The City has Contracted with American Leak Detection. Leaks were found and are cited in the report II. The report is included in Construction Documents III. Review report and give a Bid for repairs b. Pool to be fully functional before leaving. 3. Perform a site visit for accurate measurements and review a. Site visit to be scheduled through Purchasing Department 4. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed 5. All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners, and other items required to perform work tasks to be supplied and installed by contractor 6. All trash and debris to be removed by Contractor and hauled off a. Do not use City dumpster. 7. Clean-up a. Clean area when work is complete. Area to be ready for business use when finished.
