The State of Tennessee is seeking proposals from highly qualified and experienced contractors to provide comprehensive Public Assistance (PA) grant management services associated with 22 open disasters and any disasters occurring during the term of this contract. Disasters included in the scope of this proposal include DR-1909, DR-4427, DR-4471, DR-4476, DR4514, DR-4541, DR-4550, DR-4594, DR-4601, DR-4609, DR-4637, DR-4645, DR-4691, DR-4701, DR4712, DR-4729, DR-4735, DR-4742, DR-4735, DR-4742, DR-4751, DR-4792. The selected contractor will play a critical role in ensuring efficient administration, compliance, and financial oversight of Federal Emergency Management Agency FEMA PA funding. The selected contractor shall assist TEMA in establishing and implementing an assistance program that complies with all FEMA regulations, maximizes federal reimbursements, and minimizes financial risk. Contractor will work closely with the TEMA, FEMA, and local governmental entities to streamline grant processes, enhance transparency, and provide strategic guidance throughout all phases of grant implementation.
