Required Item Pipette Calibration The Alabama Department of Agriculture is seeking quotes for pipette calibration service on 216 pipettes - (152)single channel pipettes, (10) 8-channel pipettes, and (54) 12-channel pipettes for all four (4) Veterinarian Labs. Vendor must be able to perform the following:(1) Document each pipette by serial number and ID number.(2) Perform a Gravimetric Inspection on each pipette.(3) Disassemble and perform a thorough cleaning.(4) Adhere a calibration label on each pipette.(5) Seal or O-ring replacement and/or lubricate piston - according to manufacturer's requirements.(6) Calibrate pipettes according to ISO 8655 tolerances.(7) Provide certificates labeled pass/fail and failed pipettes removed from service.(8) 10% and 100% "as left" and "as found" readings at 10% and 100%.(9) Provide NIST traceable balance and thermometer calibration certificates.(10) Record basic environmental conditions.
